Arina Trostyanetskaya is a dance artist, teacher and poet.

Poems come to her mostly when she is biking or commuting across town, getting from one dance studio to another. Sometimes she writes them down.

In August 2023 Arina established Poetry Unleashed, monthly open mic in Copenhagen. She recently released an anthology representing works of 40 Denmark-based international poets titled Copenhagen - Falling In Love All Over Again, and now is putting together her first poetry collection.
